SHIPPING POLICY
At Modern Living, we offer delivery across the UAE, with most orders delivered within 7-10 business days for in-stock items. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time and contact us in advance if special delivery arrangements are needed. In case of any issues, such as damage or missing items, please report them to us within 24 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Modern Living, we want you to love your new furniture. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were delivered. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, you can follow the same process as for returns.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same criteria for eligibility. In cases where the desired item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit to use for future purchases.
